About Kristin

I am a wife to my supportive husband of 14 years, mother of three,  and a clinical counsellor who is passionate about helping clients heal from their trauma(s) and rediscover who they are through therapeutic interventions.

I started my career as high school teacher for over five years and eventually pursued a masters degree in Counselling Psychology. My passion for helping others comes from my own traumatic experiences as a child and mental health struggles. My experiences working with youth in a school setting and counselling clients at The Mustard Seed have driven me to help others heal so they may find more peace in their own lives.

I have personally witnessed the transformative power of counselling and I understands how it can make sense of life’s hardships. Through my professional, life and educational experiences, I can help you begin your own journey of healing.

I work with clients ages 12 and up.
